Working with my partner, I designed a totally new business concept for English education. We built a business that specialised in local English activities for young students. This involved talking students out to various locations. We ran themed conversational English classes, which involved using English in practical ‘real-world’ situations.

>Ebo Young Talking Club Academy (2010-2014) - Chagwon
Working with elementary and middle school students, I not only assisted in their language development, I also developed a totally new conversational English program. I implemented this with my academy and also allowed two other academies to use this program.

>HaHa English Academy (Owner) (2008-2010) -Changwon
Working in a 3 way partnership, I helped to develop a brand-new business, assuming the roles of business image design, marketing strategies, accountancy and curriculum design/development. I was also a full-time teacher within the business, teaching students from elementary to adult ages.

>MJ Moving Castle Academy (2006-2008) - Changwon
I worked as an English language instructor, using my well-developed teaching skills to assist a growing business. My classes were both kindergarten to elementary school students, helping me to develop teaching skills in both areas.

>Kids Club Academy (2003-2006) - Changwon
For three consecutive years, I worked as an English Language Instructor. My class age ranged from 4 to 50 years old. I also developed a new school promotional campaign and headed the ‘Native English Curriculum Development Team’. This involved the restructure of school curriculum and the development of key learning materials.
