Explain About Your Personality |
At the heart of my teaching philosophy is the belief, “We learn not for school, but for life.” Helping students understand the various roles they have as friends, family members, citizens, and human beings in general are directly affected by the attitudes and actions they display in and out of the classroom is key to their development. I stress the importance of recognizing the class as a type of community, where an environment of learning by way of actively supporting and respecting each other’s ideas, thoughts, and contributions is promoted. Because students acquire many of their learning habits from their teachers, I must demonstrate an enthusiasm for the learning process and show the benefits of continually striving to gain a further knowledge and understanding of the world around us. |
