 Explain About Your Personality I am a very outgoing an energetic person. I love to interact and engage with children and feel proud when I see students using the knowledge they have learned from my classroom. My teaching philosophy revolves around the concept that learning should be fun and engaging for students. Students who are interested in the subject they are learning are much better at retaining the information. In order for students to enjoy themselves they need to have a variety of stimulating activities. I employ different activities in my lessons in order to engage different types of learners. A quick pace also cuts down on the amount of disruptions caused by disengaged students. Many of my activities revolve around student participation. Student interests and ideas help connect them to lessons and vocabulary making it possible for them to retain information better. However, with active student participation sometimes disruptions can occur. While lesson planning I like to think of what possible disruptions could occur and find solutions in advance. Students should feel secure and safe in their learning environments. I take great responsibility for my role as an English teacher. I help provide children with the invaluable experience of speaking, listening and engaging with a native speaker.
