To whom it may concern,

This letter is in response to your posting concerning teaching positions in Seoul. I am interested in this position to continue diversifying my teaching experience here in Asia. I hope to be able to utilize my past experience in Japan to expand upon my work experience through this position.

My work experience abroad in Tokyo and Touhoku taught me the importance of connecting with coworkers and clients while being organized. I believe traveling abroad and having such a diverse work experience background shows I am detail oriented, self-motivated, and able to work within a classroom setting. I am confident in my language and interpersonal abilities in addition to my teaching ability. Teaching is my calling and I will work very hard for you, given the chance.

I hope to get the chance to prove my passion and ability in a personal interview.
Thank you for your time and I look forward to meeting you.
Joshua Smith
