Dear Hiring Manager,
It is with great interest that I write in response to the ESL Teacher position for your school. I would be very pleased to be considered a candidate for the position. If you are looking for a hardworking teacher who is a native English speaker, then I believe I would be the perfect fit!

I will be finishing my year contract as an ESL teacher on July 29 at XXX in Gumi, South Korea. Teaching at XXX allowed me to be a creative teacher in subjects not limited to phonics and writing but debate, social studies and art. Moreover, I was able to utilise my class management and leadership skills. Working at an elementary school made me realize how much I love teaching and inspiring students. I always look forward to walking into class and having my class enthusiastically greet me good morning each day. I truly believe that it is my duty to make sure that my students are motivated each day to learn and as a result, I strive to make each lesson interesting and engaging.

My degree in Communications also helped me with gaining skills that are essential and crucial in regards to writing and speaking. I had the privilege of working as a media intern where I implemented a social media plan that would promote the brand and helped strengthen my communication and team working skills. I also had the privilege of working for the Surrey RCMP as a research assistant. As a research assistant, I was in charge of interviewing participants, editing transcriptions and planning various events. Working for the Surrey RCMP helped to shape my editing skills, creative thinking abilities and my interpersonal skills. I believe that I am a perfect fit for your team because I am a quick thinker, creative, diligent and patient. It would be an honor to have the opportunity to teach at your school.
