 Teaching Experience I am currently an ESL teacher in Cheongju. I started teaching at the start of July 2016.

I have experience with different levels of English. I would classify the majority of my students as beginner to intermediate. I also have experience teaching TOEFL books.

The majority of my experience is teaching elementary to middle school students. I also have a bit of experience with high school and adult conversational classes.
 Explain About Your Personality There are three key points that I feel are the major pillars that form my personality:

1. Independence
I am a very independent person, both professionally and at home.I feel that this personality trait was further developed during my years at university due to the nature of my course, where independent working and thinking were strongly emphasized, and moving 1600 km away from all support networks I had to study at my institute of choice.

2. Adaptability
I am highly adaptable to change, both expected and unexpected. I feel that change can either bring new opportunities or teach important lessons that are necessary for personal growth.

3. Open mindedness
I am generally a very open minded person. I enjoy learning from others and conversing on a range of topics. I am a confident speaker, but I also know the importance of listening instead of speaking. I am always seeking to improve upon the knowledge or skills I have, and is thus very open to constructive advice from others. However, as an independent person, I am able to decide for myself if the given advice is applicable. I am from a very diverse country and I understand the strength that diversity coupled with an open mind can bring.
